Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Day2Tale account and everything associated with it — your stories, voice recordings, and child profile details — at any time. This cannot be undone.

In the app

  • Open Day2Tale and go to Settings (the gear icon).
  • Tap Delete Account & Data.
  • Confirm. Your data is removed from our servers and your device.

If you've already deleted the app

No problem — email support@day2tale.com from the address associated with your account (or include your account details) and we'll complete the deletion for you.

What about my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it separately in your App Store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Day2Tale). See our Terms of Use for details.
