These Terms of Use govern your use of the Day2Tale app and website, provided by WaveTech LLC. By using Day2Tale you agree to these terms. You confirm you are 18 or older and are the parent or guardian setting up the app.

The service

Day2Tale turns a short recording about your child's day into a personalized, AI-generated bedtime story, narrated aloud and saved to your library. Stories are generated automatically; while we aim for warm, age-appropriate content, you are responsible for reviewing what you share with your child.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Day2Tale offers an auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial, then $59.99 per year or $9.99 per month, and optional one-time story packs. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't use Day2Tale to create unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Day2Tale is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaveTech LLC disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
